Second Hard Drive (or SSD) Caddy for DELL Inpiron 1525 and 1526 laptops.
Add a Second Hard Drive to your laptop using your laptop's optical drive bay. This is a great solution for those that want to add a second hard drive in their laptop. Simply pull out your CD/DVD drive and replace it with our OBHD Optical Bay Hard Drive caddy. This is a really sharp-looking well-engineered product. The front faceplate is black. The metal bracket is finished in a nice silver sheen.
Please note that the faceplate of this caddy is not an exact match with the Inspiron 1525 and 1526 optical drive. The faceplate on the caddy is rectangle and flat. The faceplate on the original CD/DVD optical drive is tapered and has beveled edges.
